These terms govern your use of the Infraanalytics website at infraanalytics.digital and enquiries for employment consulting services, including CV and cover letter adaptation for German employers. By using this site or requesting a consultation, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit enquiry forms. We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies to new enquiries from the date of publication.

Services described

Pages describing consultations, rates, and processes are informational. A binding engagement begins only when we confirm scope and fee in writing (email is sufficient) and you accept that confirmation. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or visa outcomes.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate employment history and must not ask us to invent roles, dates, or qualifications. You remain responsible for final submissions to employers and for the truthfulness of all application materials.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and templates remain the property of Infraanalytics. Draft documents we prepare for you may be used by you for your own job applications. You may not resell our drafts as a commercial template product.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Infraanalytics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from hiring decisions made by third-party employers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under German law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Courts in the Federal Republic of Germany shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your place of residence.
