Data we collect

When you submit the contact form we process your name, email address, message content, and any consultation preferences you select. If you engage us, we may process CVs, cover letters, job ads you share, and notes from calls — only as needed to deliver the consultation.

Purposes and legal bases

We process enquiry data to respond to your request (pre-contractual steps) and, where you become a client, to perform the consulting agreement. Site security and essential cookies rely on legitimate interests in operating a secure website. Analytics cookies run only with consent.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are typically deleted or anonymised within 12 months. Client files are retained for up to 6 years after the last engagement for accounting and dispute purposes, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request earlier deletion where no legal retention duty applies.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to certain processing. You may withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in Germany.

International transfers
