Infraanalytics started from a simple frustration: strong candidates were losing interviews because their documents ignored how German employers read a Lebenslauf.
Origin
Working with relocating professionals and local job changers around eastern Saxony, we saw the same pattern: English resumes translated line by line, cover letters that apologised instead of answering the vacancy, and photo or length choices that distracted from the work history.
Infraanalytics formed as a focused employment consulting practice — not a general career school — to rewrite application documents for German employers with care and specificity.
How we work
We read the Stellenausschreibung first, then your history. Drafts stay close to language you can defend in an interview. We will push back on inflated titles and on hiding gaps; we will also push back on shrinking a solid mid-career record into a one-page template that belongs elsewhere.
