Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid Infraanalytics consultations: CV and cover letter adaptation packages, application package reviews, interview preparation sessions, and career positioning consultations.

Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on whether work has started, whether a scheduled session was cancelled in time, and whether materials or rush capacity were reserved for you.

Timeframe to request

Refund requests should be emailed to info@infraanalytics.digital within 14 days of the charge you dispute, or within 14 days of delivery of final documents — whichever is later for document packages.

Full refund

You receive a full refund if you cancel in writing before we begin drafting or reviewing, and before any scheduled session start time where no preparation work was performed. If a deposit was taken solely to hold a slot and we have not opened your documents, the deposit is returned in full.

Partial refund

If drafting or review has started but final files have not been delivered, we may refund 50% of the package fee after deducting work already completed, calculated against hours spent. Interview or positioning sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are refunded at 50% unless we successfully fill the slot.

Non-refundable items

Rush surcharges become non-refundable once rush capacity is reserved. Completed final document packages and completed sessions are non-refundable except where we failed to deliver the agreed scope. Third-party costs you chose separately (for example notarisation) are outside our refunds.

Work already started

“Started” means we have opened your CV or vacancy materials to prepare annotations or drafts, or a live session has begun. Once final PDFs are delivered and the included revision round is complete, the package is considered fulfilled.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Further reschedules may incur a €25 administration fee. No-shows without notice forfeit the session fee.

Deposits and no-shows

Deposits are credited toward the final fee. No-shows on discovery calls after materials were already reviewed may result in applying the deposit to partial work completed rather than a full return.

Refund method and processing time

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under German law remain unaffected. If we cancel a session or cannot complete an agreed package, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled delivery at no extra charge.
